Would it be a violation of the Canons of Professional Ethics to place the following legends in a souvenir journal published by a political club of which one partner of a three-man law firm is a member?

ANSWER.

Publication of the partnership name in any way of the forms suggested is disapproved,

We do not disapprove form three containing the names of the three individual partners, but the Committee believes it would be in better taste if the names of the partners who are not members of the club were omitted.
