The evening will begin with a discussion of how state court litigators can use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and state court data to automate litigation tasks , such as evaluating cases, automate brief drafting, suggest winning strategies and more — of course all subject to review and verified by counsel.
Then hear a discussion about popular scams that lawyers and firms are facing, as well as what to do in the case of a data breach. As more and more transactions are conducted virtually, people are working remotely and data is stored electronically, it is more important than ever to understand how to protect yourself, your firm and clients — and what to do in the case of a breach.
