Since its inception, NYCLA has been at the forefront of most legal debates in the country. We have provided legal education for more than 40 years.
On June 15, 2019 the Rent Act of 2015 sunsets. The New York State legislative session ends June 21, 2019. It is therefore anticipated that significant changes to the State rent laws affecting rent regulated and non-regulated apartments in New York City will be made by the end of June.
Our panel of experts will address the changes and the new rent laws.

Online Videos contain CLE codes that you must type into a supplied online affirmation form. Submit the online affirmation to the NYCLA CLE Institute to be issued a CLE certificate. We recommend that you watch the video as soon as possible.
We can only issue CLE credit if the law is still current.
