Since its inception, NYCLA has been at the forefront of most legal debates in the country. We have provided legal education for more than 40 years.
As we celebrate Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, it’s important that we reflect on how we can be better.
Inclusion starts with the “I.” Learning to use tools of well-being to heal ourselves, as well as to provide a more inclusive environment for others. Diversity, equity, and inclusion establish a more beloved community, which is something that Dr. King espoused as our primary purpose.
Our expert panelist will provide practical examples for lawyers to use to be more inclusive leaders and not only create, but also to help, sustain our goals to create a better work environment for everyone.
