Divorce involving members of the military, or retired members of the military, are often more complex than divorces involving civilians because of the benefits available to service members or retired members,
Hear from Gary Port, retired Lieutenant Colonel, family law attorney and Amy Reserve Ambassador for the State of New York, as he describes what you need to know about divorce and child support involving the military payment system. He will cover such topics as:
