Appellate attorneys bring valuable and important experience to the trial bench. However, the transition from appellate attorney to trial jurist may seem like a daunting prospect.

 

In this insightful and lively panel discussion, four alumni of the Appellate Division, First Department, who now serve as trial judges in New York City, will discuss their transition from appellate attorney to trial judge.
