For the 9th year, Program Chair Mark Rosen and an expert faculty seek to inform the legal and business communities about the latest developments in the field of cybersecurity and lawyering in a cyber world that are too important to ignore.

 

Our all-star faculty will address the key issues, threats, and the ever changing roles and responsibilities of attorneys and firms in a constantly evolving cyberworld.

  • Cybersecurity lexicon and lingo: What does it all mean?
  • Work from home policies
  • BYOD: Balancing security and productivity
  • Managing employee social media presence: Can employers control after work online behavior?
  • Multi-factor authentication: Must you have it? Rise in non-negotiable standards
  • Cybersecurity and the small firm
  • Theories of liability and standards of care
  • Cybersecurity insurance: What is it? What does it cover? Do you need it?
  • Challenges in Ransomware threats
  • Cybersecurity teams: Is yours the right team?
  • Incident response team: Do you have one? Do you need one?
  • Cloud data: How secure is it? Is it yours?
