About the Panelists: Recently four members of the Grace & Co. Board of Advisors authored a book,  Corporate Governance: Understanding the Board-Management Relationship, published by the ABA, which provides a candid analysis of corporate management, the legal liability of directors and officers and how the corporate board has evolved and changed. Three of the authors are panelists at this program and many of the critical issues discussed will also be covered during this presentation.
