COURSE DETAILS
Learn the important considerations involved in negotiating and finalizing co-operative and condominium deals, as well as the unique legal aand regulatory issues surrounding living in co-ops and condos.
The respective rights of the co-op/condo and the shareholder/unit owner are discussed, as well as the rights of developers involved in the sale of units in new buildings.
Understand what is necessary to finalize the transactions and ultimately get the deal closed.
