Less than half of Americans currently have a Last Will and Testament. Yet not having one can lead to all types of complications for the surviving family.
Join Sara E. Meyers, Esq. for an educational program explaining the importance of this key estate planning document, regardless of age. Ms. Meyers will review the probate process and demystify common misconceptions.
Learn why executing a Last Will is crucial as well as what happens to an estate when the decedent passes away without one in place.
