Join NYCLA’s Committee on Inclusion of International Lawyers in the U.S. Legal Profession for a panel discussion regarding the immigration challenges that international lawyers face in the U.S. and various pathways to tackle such challenges.

 

The panel will focus on:

 

  • The immigration status of international lawyers in the U.S.,
  • Obtaining and maintaining U.S. work authorization,
  • Adjustment of immigration status through various visas that may be available for international lawyers,
  •  Advantages and disadvantages of each of the available visa options,
