Since its inception, NYCLA has been at the forefront of most legal debates in the country. We have provided legal education for more than 40 years.
Join NYCLA’s ADR Committee and Matrimonial Law Section for a discussion on how alternative dispute resolution techniques are being used to effectively resolve matrimonial disputes.
Hear how mediators can assist couples in communicating to work through their issues and hopefully reach a mutually agreeable solution – rather than resorting to litigation.
There will also be time for questions from the audience for our distinguished panelists and Committee Chairs.
After the program there will be a networking reception with refreshments for LIVE attendees from 7:04 PM – 7:45 PM.
