Join us for a very timely lecture discussion of the significance of buy-sell agreements in business succession planning — including the impact of the recent Supreme Court decision in Connelly v. United States, 06.06.24.
The Connelly decision changes the landscape about estate tax implications of life insurance funding and shareholder buy-sell agreements. Thus, learn why all buy-sell agreements and insurance premiums should be reviewed to maximize their value and effectiveness.
