Join NYCLA’s Federal Courts Committee and Appellate Courts Committee for a VERY SPECIAL IN-PERSON EVENT as they welcome Hon. Richard J. Sullivan, U.S. Circuit Court Judge for the Second Circuit, to NYCLA for a lively discussion of recent developments in the Second Circuit, including the important topic of court security. There will also be ample time for audience members to ask questions of Judge Sullivan.
In a Judicial Profile in the January/February 2022 issue of the FEDERAL LAWYER, Judge Sullivan was described as “witheringly funny – a legendary roaster,” “the quickest wit I ever saw, but humane, and without any mean spirit,” and “a real mensch … with perfect comedic timing.”
