For the 48th year, Program Chairs Robert and Josh Kelner and a distinguished panel of litigators, judges and mediators will discuss what you need to know to litigate, settle or mediate/arbitrate cases.
Day 1 will focus on Preparing for Trial and the Topics include:
- Pre-trial Practice: An Overview of Commercial and Personal Injury Litigation
- Preparation of Plaintiffs and Defendants
- Conference, Settlement and Mediation – The Rising Importance in Resolving Disputes
- Practice Tips from the Bench: How to Survive and Flourish in Today’s Court System
