Since its inception, NYCLA has been at the forefront of most legal debates in the country. We have provided legal education for more than 40 years.
For the 47th year, Program Chair Robert Kelner and a distinguished panel of litigators, judges and mediators will discuss what you need to know to litigate, settle or mediate/arbitrate cases.
This year the program will be presented in 2 half days and fulfill the LIVE Skills and Ethics CLE requirements, including a Cybersecurity credit, for first and second year newly admitted attorneys in NY. The program is also a great refresher for more experienced litigators, as well as a great resource for attorneys interested in litigation.
Topics include:
Day 1, May 2 (9:30 am – 1:45 pm): Preparing for Trial
Day 2, May 3 (9:30 am – 1:45 pm): Litigation Skills
