NYCLA’s officers congratulate Hon. Adam Silvera on his recent appointment to be the Deputy Chief Administrative Judge for all state trial courts in the City of New York.  Previously he served as Chief Administrative Judge for the Supreme Court, Civil Term in Manhattan, as well as serving as the coordinating judge for all asbestos cases City-wide.  His established administrative track record amply supports his appointment.

We also congratulate Chief Judge Rowan Wilson and Chief Administrative Judge Joseph Zayas for assembling a strong administrative team. And, we commend Hon. Deborah Kaplan for her outstanding work over many years in discharging  the responsibilities that Hon. Adam Silvera will now be assuming.
