Learn about attorneys’ ethical obligations to protect the integrity of the data and privacy of their firms, their employees,  their clients and the transactions they are involved in. Hear about the latest incidents of data breaches, the impact of AI, useful websites, apps, tools and other ways to protect yourself and firms from hacks and data breaches.

 

NOTE: This program will satisfy the new NY Cybersecurity CLE requirement for ALL NY attorneys.
