Join us for a full day training session to learn what you need to know to become a Part 137 Fee Dispute Arbitrator.

PLEASE NOTE: Attorneys and non-attorneys with experience may apply for this program, BUT attorney applicants must be admitted to the New York State Bar for at least 5 years.
If you intend to apply to volunteer for a local program, once your registration is confirmed, you must submit your resume or bio to feedispute@nycourts.gov. Please include in the email the program you want to apply to.
The Board of Governors must approve all neutrals to arbitrate for the program. Attending this program is not a guarantee that you will be accepted to volunteer for the program.
