Taking and defending depositions are necessary skills for the litigation attorney. Yet, the pandemic has created challenges requiring additional strategic and practical considerations.
During the program, Ken Moltner will discuss the deposition process from both the plaintiff’s and defense’s perspectives, with a focus on the practical aspects, including: preparation; objections; New York state Court Rules and the use of experts.
