As we have learned from this current crisis, we need to be proactive and not reactive. We need technology which can perform intelligent review and consumption of data and events to provide a change in behavior to address each issue. This program will introduce the technology combination that is “proactive”. We will explore the “proactive” use cases which combine these emerging technologies as well how we need associated regulation, legislation and ethical standards. Our expert panel will:
– discuss each technology providing the attendees with the background and concepts; – drill down into each technology; – examine AI and especially how it will work within the criminal justice system; – examine blockchain and crypto currencies and the current and emerging IRS and SEC regulation as well as the international implications; – simplify the technology and actually walk the attendee through the steps required to create a blockchain “smart contract;” – provide the attendee with details around the technology players (e.g., Google, Ethereum, IBM, Microsoft, Amazon, etc.);
– and how we as attorneys need to be proactive around products and services they introduce. The program will facilitate, enable and accelerate the attendees’ journey to the implementation of these new technologies. We will additionally explore emerging use cases which integrate combinations of these technologies to change the way healthcare, finance, social media, supply chain and even the courts and the fourth industrial revolution will be implemented using this new power of 3.
