litigators, academics and medical experts for the 39th Annual Civil
Trial Practice Institute.
The program will take attendees through the entire state civil trial process.
You will learn ways to develop and improve trial preparation and
litigation techniques within the context of personal injury and
commercial cases. This will also as an excellent refresher for more
experienced practitioners.

·         How to Conduct a Voir Dire, With Demonstration
·         Direct and Cross Examination of Lay and Expert Witnesses, With Demonstration

To receive CLE credit for program on DVD/CD: DVD/CDs are embedded with CLE codes that you must copy onto a supplied affirmation sheet. Return the signed and dated affirmation to the NYCLA CLE Institute to be issued a CLE certificate. We recommend that you watch/listen to DVD/CDs as soon as possible.
