Take a tour through the legal research resources available for New Jersey practitioners including primary sources (cases, constitutions, legislation, statutes, administrative codes, administrative decisions, etc.), secondary sources (treatises, restatements, form sets, etc.) and finding aids (Shepards, Keycite, digests, IndexMaster, etc.). Learn about low cost legal research sources available on the web as well as conducting research on a mobile device. Explore the question, “what kind of advocate will you be” with Professor Franzeze as she examines the attributes that make a good lawyer -- integrity, service, humility, passion, command of the written word and a commitment to ethical behavior. To receive CLE credit for program on DVD/CD: DVD/CDs are embedded with CLE codes that you must copy onto a supplied affirmation sheet.
