Chapter 11 is the most complicated type of bankruptcy filing and the one that most businesses facing economic difficulty will file. Gain an overview of what is involved in a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Case, where the debtor business continues to operate and maintain ownership of all its assets, as it attempts to work out a reorganization plan whereby its creditors will be paid off.
