Bringing together an extraordinary panel of judges, litigators and leading academics, the 36th Annual Civil Trial Practice Institute will take you through the entire state civil trial process. You will learn ways to develop and improve trial practice techniques within the context of personal injury and commercial litigation.
The program will satisfy the first or second year MCLE requirements for newly admitted attorneys. It also serves as a great refresher for all attorneys interested in litigating in NYS court.
